Was impressed how quickly it went from 90--100---110---then 150 in what seemed like no time.

But braking down and costing as much as it did...


How much quicker if any would it be than a standard CLS55 in the real world

Bah, only saw the 2nd half...

Much better program than it used to be, and unlike Top Gear it is about cars rather than 100% scripted chat show.

Saw the brabus what a car...........though at 3 times the price of a CLS63!!
5th Gear is much better now. At least they tested some cars properly and they got rid of that idiot that used to talk at the cafe!

I missed the second half due to baby trouble (1-y-o not in the remotest interested in sleep an hour and a half after he's supposed to )

Thats what I call a real motoring show. Informative, entertaining, packed with researched items rather than padding and B list celebrities, a humorous piece about paparazzi, Madonna and the Kia Ceed, and what do you know, it was ALL ABOUT CARS!! Lets hope they keep the standard up in the remaining shows.

Whilst on the 5th gear topic what the hell has happened to VBH!
She looked bloody terrible, perhapse she is doing one of those daft size zero diets, she looked all skin and bones

You've got to question doing 200mph on a busy auotobahn though - just for telly. Imagine that it had gone wrong - Top Gear got alot of flack for Hammond's speed run and that was not on a public highway.

Have to agree with all the comments though - a good motoring program.
