Thinking of what to get next
Ive entered the E55 into this this event which is all about brute power and pitting your car against a variety of super cars, sports cars and general every day cars.

Basically the aim is to test your vehicles 0.60..... 0.100 and quarter mile times against other marques, for this purpose ive made a simple change once again.... a stage 1 upgrade inclusive of bigger pulley, non slip belt, ecu upgrade and de-limit upping the figures to 550bhp and 530 ftlb torque.

We have been told that 5th gear will be there along with 4 other cameras but they wont tell us who the others are as its a suprise so i will be cleanly shaved with a splash of ck aromas hoping to get a sniff of vbh.

Entries are strictly goverened with no nos vehicles allowed and must be fully road legal and that means no barry cars with fart cans attached as noise pullotion will be scrutinsed.Entries limited to 120 vehicles.

Event will be held at Woodbridge airfiled in suffolk on the 10th of this month and i will have an inboard cam attached filming what ever i can but dont expect me to rival a Mr jc.

Anyway..... enough of the boring stuff heres the entry list so far.......

Damn !

CRX is ready but not yet dyno'd or track tested :(
10th is too early to risk it all ......

430hp(ish) and under a tonne would give us a good chance of some decent times and some RWD/4WD scalps :D

800bhp Granada!?

800bhp Granada!?

Stevie Ross, Its a light green Mk2 Granny - with a twin turbo corvette engine under the bonnet :D
He ran to 182mph in a kilometer from a standing start this year at TOTB7

I remember when it was just an LS2 engine, then supercharged, etc etc

Not seen a full post of the results , but apparently the guy with the Granny topped 200 mph  .......A very brave man !

I would have laid money on it :)

As I said earlier he hit 182mph in 1km from a standing start, and given a little bit more runway 200mph was always on the cards. The car is exceptionally well engineered, its not your average Mk2 Granny :)

Does that mean it's a German model instead of a Dagenam one..
