Came to fill my car today and at the top of the filler neck is a plastic guide , this appears to be loose and had turned through 90 degrees preventing me from filling the car, after a biff of faffing i managed to get it back into the right position but it doesnt appear to have anything securing it in place....
Should be loose with nothing securing it?
