Filled up from almost zero today, and its the first time i've ever filled up to the rim and paid sub-fifty pounds!! I remember a few months back filling up for £70 on super unleaded... when it was 1.26p per litre! now its 98.9! amazing!

Hooooraaaayyy for petrol prices! :bannana: :bannana: :bannana:

yes its good to see it below £ but its still expensive
still lets compare mans 2 essentials
petrol/diesel £4.50 a gallon
beer £20 a gallon
how can this be, surely fuel is more difficult to produce

I'm so looking forward to filling up my SL500 after I pick it up on Friday, then driving it the 120 miles home. My hooks have never been on such tenter.

I just fill mine when it needs it, lifes to short to worry about it and like me it likes a good drink.

Where did you fill up?

Saino's here is 94.9 - and I have a voucher for 5p per litre - 89.9:D

Nice, I was surprised to fill up the W202 yesterday for £49.50 that was at 96.9p. I'm sure I have hit over £65 before when filling her.

enjoy it whilst you can............it wont last.

The prophet of doom speaks ...

Brimmed the CLK with super unleaded the other day , cost £55 ...

Doom maybe but he's spot on ,OPEC decided last week to lower output to protect their profits.

If you don't use it already, this saves me money each week...

For a few Dollars More!

In addition to OPEC reducing production the GB pound is falling in relation to the US dollar and guess what currency oil is quoted in?:(

It's a bloody disgrace....but the British people still didn't bother their ****s when fuel was right upto £1.36.9 for diesel...
i wish an organisation would try and encourage people to boycot a garage per month to make them keep costs down.

As crockers says........:)

higher petrol price = lower value for my v8

does that mean that lower petrol price = higher value again for my v8?

don't think so or does that have to do with the credit crunch!

enjoy it when it lasts .....
