As my warranty with Mercedes is up at the end of the month i decided to take it in today as I've had a couple of minor thing's that needed investigating,
1) EBC was a bit noisy whilst groaning
2) intermittent click from dash speaker area
I was expecting the dealer to say 'sorry we couldn't find nothing wrong' and ''are you paying by cash or credit card?''. Well it was in my favor taking it in as the EBC had a software update making it quieter.. & the clicking noise was a bad connection on one of the connectors which controls a stepper motor of some kind which works the air vent flaps.
Just thought I'd get a final check from Merc in case i run into any problems with Warranty Direct, but the service chap said they get on well with them and rate them as the best after market warranty! which was very good to hear. :bannana:
PS: Thought I'd do some window shopping...What a beast of a car!
