Car
BMW E60 545 fully Hamann'ed up!
well as promised here are a few pics after the car got mopped and i applied the meguries 3 step cleaning process. Enjoy I have also fitted some blue indicator bulbs which flash oragne an dthe green cotton filter element. I did have to fit the mudflaps as its a family car and will be used a lot more then the BMW so i don't want the paint work spoilt. Xenons should be going on in about 2 weeks. along with the proper merc overlay mats I am tempted to lower it but not to sure at the mo.

I have the wheel refurb chap coming to my house to sort out the previous owners damge to the side of the alloys

fine looking chariot there my good man, sweet colour :) ave a nana:bannana:

Very nice :)

Personally, i woould get a "full" refurbishment done on the wheel as from expereince I am not a fan on touch ups on alloy wheels or Chips Away onbodywork. Once one of my alloys had the whole front face sprayed (by deflating the wheel) because of some kerb damage and the wheel had to be fully "refurbished" afterwards.

Car looks great! :D

opps soz guys, flash i may get that done I have a chap near me who will do all 4 for 220 so I may just give him then and be done with it, he says they go away tuesday and come back Friday so thats not to bad :-)

Nice colour and very shiny, yes get the wheels done by an expert.

Yes, it is a lovely colour that, why did MB drop it?

Get some proper mats and give that BMW key its own ring well away from the far more sophisticated Merc key!!

It was dropped because it's not black or silver.

Still one of the best colours ever available on an MB IMHO.

I wouldn't exclude getting a mobile guy to do the wheels: the one I use does all the Porsche, BMW, Merc garages work for them and the results are great at about £50/wheel if I remember corectly.
On the other hand a BMW garage fitted a "refurbished" wheel that after a year or so the lacquer just peeled off.
If you get some references or examples (long term) of work that should be a good guide.

I just love the colour. Certainly adds class to what is already a class car.

Very, very nice there! ;)

Love the colour also... Cool! :)

Amethyst Violet metallic: very very nice colour! But I am biased: my wife's C-Class estate is the same...she loves the colour more than the car

It was only available on the Avantgarde trim (like yours and Westside) on the W203 range. Paintwork looks lovely in sunlight.
