Just heard on the local news that no longer will ambulance drivers be breaking the law if they speed
This is from a recent local case of a driver who was prosecuted etc for doing 103mph - he was delivering transplant organs. Loads of support was forthcoming and it seems to have paid off.
Glad to see that at least those speeding in an official life-saving capacity - whilst not driving dangerously - won't be putting their license at risk anymore.
