I've got a Snooper S6R and I'd like to finally mount the "R" part in the engine bay. For those who don't know the S6 has a separate radar detector whic can be mounted anywhere, it even comes with a bracket so it can be mounted near the grill.

The problem is, where can I feed the wire through so it can be connected up inside the cabin? Can I get through near the fuse box?

Could you use the same hole as the bonnet release cable ?

Sorry to say...the hard way. :D

It's probably on the same side as the handle inside the car...

While that seems quite reasonable, I can't find it. It could also be because it's cold out and I'm not looking as hard as I could. Either way, it's not gonna be easy.

you should have a blanking plug which you can use to thread wires. On the W124 it's a black round rubber thing with about 8 holes in it mounted near the brake servo. Just remove it and pierce one of the holes to feed your wires through.
