Tonight it is Barry Manilow at the Manchester Arena. I wonder what differences there will be?

Biggest change is that Barry will be miming the songs (that most of, he didn't write)

Been to several concerts at O2, football stadiums & Newmarket Nights in recent years. Whilst I have mostly enjoyed (some put on a better show than others), but generally sound quality is terrible. Volume isn't a substitute for quality.

Saw the Stone Roses at the Etihad last night. A superb show although very much to an adoring set of home fans.

Yes we saw the crowds arriving for that...
