First Service 2 Warranty end next year

To put it simply, assuming you are correct and a Service B was missed last year (and any 'additional items' that may have been due last year), then a Service Care Plan that you take out now, won't cover the missed service (and 'additional items') - that's the T&C.

If, however, you do manage to get the dealer to carry out the missed service under the service plan - then good on you. Best of luck.

My view remains that you should go back to the supplying dealer and insist that they fork out and cover the cost of the service that was missed last year, then take out a Service Care Plan the covers the services as of next year. The car should have never been sold to you as an MB Approved Used car without a full service history.

thanks for all the inputs, i am taking your advice and going back to the main dealer i bought it from to clear up confusion on what was due and what was serviced or not as the case may be and getting them to fill in any gaps and perform next service.
