Well never detailed a car in my life apart from quick was and polish and or wax. Truth be told didn’t know what I was doing.

Anyway this is result of last few days, it’s tsken me 3 days due to hot weather only been able to do an hour or two in mornings and evenings.

So washed car twice with Deamon super foam wash.
had quite a few scratches that I used T-Cut colour remove to some degree.
Then used meguairs clay bar kit and detailer.
Then used T-Cut colour fast black .for the whole car .

Then used meguairs ultimate wax paste (the synthetic stuff) as a sealer and put a couple of coats on the expose areas of the bonnet and sills and lower door panels.

Il be honest I was amazed how much dirt and tar the clay bar got off the doors and wings.

I haven’t done a perfect job by any means but not bad for a first try and limited time.

And the files to large go upload. #loveiphones

Personally I wouldn't use any t-cut products. #BrandSnob lol

Well done for persevering, if you are happy with the improvement then it was worthwhile. I have a clay mitt waiting to be used on my metallic black ML but after my prostate op am waiting a few weeks before i try it.
This morning I cracked and stopped at my local tesco and had it power washed then hand washed and dried,£ 10 . I know should not have let the Eastern European crew touch it but it wasn't brilliant before they started so not too much damage done. But at least it looks clean and shiny now compared with yesterday
