Fit CLS steering wheel on W204 facelift

As title, I saw a CLS and looks like a slightly smaller wheel than on my facelift W204 with more of a flat bottom. Airbag looks the same.
Just wondering whether anyone here has done this modification ? Was it just plug & play ?
