Fitting a CD Changer

I would like to fit a CD changer in the glove box of my 2005 CLK, in place of the CD trays.
Can anyone tell me if the MB fibre optic changers (MC3010, 3198 and 3110) would be compatible with glove box fitting in this model?
The car is already fitted with COMAND and telephone pre-wiring, so what other leads etc would I need? I'm hoping to find a second hand unit on eBay or the like.
