Fitting COMAND to B-Class

Can the COMAND unit in the W209 CLK, 2005 facelifted model be fitted to a 2006 B-class?

I think not.
But the latest B-class comand can be retrofitted to pre-facelift B class by Alfie

No they are model specific, A/B class the same though
