Fitting electric seats in W210

I have the chance to buy a leather interior for my year 2000 E220cdi classic.
The cloth seats seats at the moment just have forward/backward and up/down controls from buttons on the seats themselves not on the door.
The new seats however have the controls in the door card.
Having fitted parking sensors, comand and folding mirrors recently the electrical side doesnt bother me, I just wondered apart from the loom what else do I need?

Door switches and controllers under the seats. Ideally you need the correct fuse holder terminals as well for the rear fuseboard.

Try to obtain all the wiring looms with the seats.

As diesalman said , the looms should be removable from the car . The door control units might have to be changed , and or some coding done to change the CAN bus .
