Fixing tape for CLK spoiler

I finally found my lip spoiler for my W209 CLK, can anyone tell me the best fixing tape to use to put it on? Thanks

Take it to a bodyshop and ask for some industrial bonding agent, should only cost about a tenner.

All tape I used (3M etc) failed.

Thanks, I don't have one local to me so I'm going to try tiger bonding agent first as I've some other threads that claim it's good. If not I'll venture out to a body shop.

3M Tape

I used 3M double sided foam tape, its only like 2mm thick ... i know its a late reply to your problem but if you ever want to take it off you can just floss it off and it wont leave any marks.

Decent bonding agent is around £45 per tube.

...but if you ever want to take it off you can just floss it off and it wont leave any marks.

Or, if just using 3M tape, you can just let the wind resistance do it for you

Yeah for a tube, or if you goto a bodyshop they will fit it for around a tenner
