How much of a mission do you think it would be to get these to fit a w124 ?

I think i could probably do it, but as with all mods, if it doesn't look 'factory fit' at the end, then its pointless. Just wondered if anyone knew if the door plates from another car will fit a w124 without too much butchering ?

I have some of those mirror covers in a box on my shelf!

You'd also have to buy the mirror frames and glass etc you know!

I have seen W210 blinking mirrors fitted to a W124, the guy had the metalwork from the mounting of the mirrors in the door welded into his own doors! Looked like factory but was quite a serious operation.

Shude, are you coming to Bruntingthorpe ? if you are, could you bring the covers with you so i could have a look at them ..... a bit cheeky i know but i don't want to buy a set if i really don't think i can fit them !!
