flat spots

a friend of mine has been offered 4 wheels and tyres problems are that they are on the vehicle and have been lying on damp ground for 6 mths do you think they will still be usable??? please thank you alfie07

I'd guess so. Depends whether they were well inflated or rather flat. How damp is damp? I once read about divers salvaging tyres from (new) cars on a sunken ship.
