My daughter has been offered a course she fancies as a student that requires her to get to new york on 13th August until 24 August. Has anyone got any great ways of getting there cheaply as the flights are about £600??? Thanks in advance.

Peak summer time. They will get even more expensive. But try bucketshops. They may have some spare.

Fly to Newark usually cheaper, I know you can get flights from local airports then too as we fly from Bristol.
Courier flight is another way to go, try a google on that one :)

An obscure routeing! or an airline you would not think did the route.
I note that some of the deals on offer are for Kuwait air. Ad is for September though.
Am sure there must be something in August.

Skyscanner are as good as anyone out there and it's also usually cheaper to fly via Amsterdam or Paris rather than direct from the UK
