I opened the fridge to check my burgers, and they're off

I don't really like Tesco burgers, I much prefer my Lidl pony

and in a further deepening of the scandal, all supermarkets reported finding Zebra in their barcodes..

(with thanks to the wits on Wine Pages).

Ringway must be out on a job. He normally doesn't miss these threads furlong.

Despite the recent news, Tesco's say that their beef burger sales remain stable

What a 'mare. At least their mane business has not been affected. Feel sorry for anyone unwittingly saddled with the dodgy stuff, though.

I hear they've had to put them on offer now...

Hoof for the price of one.

Its amazing, people buy Tesco value burgers and expect somthing else. isnt it 79p for 20 or somthing?

I got saddled with a pack of Tesco burgers myself last night.

Anyone who hasn't eaten horse or zebra is really missing out. Lovely and rick and perfect on a grill.

Don't know how Tescos have ruined the taste of it, but they will have.

Perhaps its Tesco's way of bringing us closer to our French Euro relations

This is all coming after the horse has bolted. I would suggest that Mods reign this thread in a bit and bolt the stable door.
