FluxDirect Smartbox

I have received a very competitive quote from Fluxdirect. However it requires me to fit a Smartbox which they supply. Has anyone had one of these fitted? What size are they? Are there any issues with them?

It is not a tuning box, it is a telematics recorder so the Insurance Company know how you drive, speed, braking, cornering, acceleration, times etc.
