Folding rear headrests W203 broken....

I removed the rear seats from my W203 C270 to change the seat covers and once refitted my folding rear headrests now dont do anything when the button up front is pushed, any ideas why this is??

There is no up button! It only releases them to allow them to fold for when parking etc. you have to lift them manually - Silly idea I know but thats the way they work.

I know that! But since re-fitting them they dont go down when the button is pressed.....Although think i can hear a slight woosh of air which suggests a leak of some kind.....
