First you need to adjust the brake shoe clearance in the little drum brakes on the rear hubs. These are accessed thro a hole in the drum/disc. You need to turn the internal adjusting wheel till the brake shoes stop the hub rotating and then back them off. It's important to keep centering the shoes while you do this and to try to back off both sides to the same extent. Its a pretty fiddly operation! After this is done the 2 cables are adjusted using the single bolt on the central mechanism located above the propshaft just in front of the rear differential.
a quick question do the rear disc work of the front or when do they work i know the rear brake has a drum inside but a bit puzzled about the disc itself

The parking brake is a cable-operated pair of brake shoes in small drums which are a part of the rear discs.
