Footman James/ W124

I'm trying to get a W124 covered by Footman James, but apparently, this isn't something that they can cover as it doesn't fall into the criteria, and doesn't allow them to process it on their system

Spoke to two different people with the same outcome!

A friend of mine has had a 124 with them in the past, and currently has a W210 insured with them at the moment.

She couldn't tell me why it didn't fall into the criteria

The delicious irony here is that they advertise so heavily with the Official MB Club.

Did you tell them it was a classic insurance you wanted . Give these a call ONE CALL INSURANCE i am with these people on classic car policy

I just used Classicline for my SL as recommended on the RetroRides forum (discount if you say your a member) , quote was way better than any of the other classic insurers I tried , phone them though ..

Yes i did, and also spoke to two different people in case one was in the wrong......Just found it very peculiar.....

I've been quoted a reasonable amount with Lancaster, so will most likely go with them.....

They came in slightly more than Lancaster, was a close call though
