Well here we are again. I went to Goodwood FOS today for a day out and ended up buying a car, well placing a deposit on one subject to it being OK when inspected.

So the SL is going, this time I'm not changing my mind (unless it's replacement turns out to be a horror show as a result of the inspection, which is not being expected as it has full manufacturer history and is still under manufacturer warranty).

It's now at 26,500 miles and increasing slowly as I use it still. All information same as above.

I was offered a pretty reasonable PX price with the dealer saying they would keep it and market it for circa £33,000 given it's spec and it being a one owner car and expect to achieve that quickly.

The market has eased since I listed last November and realistically I'm looking for £31,000 firm.

I should have mentioned I had both batteries replaced at it's last service in December, main and auxiliary. I was getting some odd happenings with COMAND and the new batteries completely solved it.
