Looks like Max has royally screwed that up before the race has started. What a bell end ...
Looks like the track-rod may have broken too.

I'll retract my comment on Max as it looked more of a broken car than lack of talent.

Changing the wing is fine but are they allowed to change the wishbone in Parc Ferme without starting from the pit lane?
Not sure if it was broken before he went off, unless he broke it going over the kerbing on the previous corner...
The wishbone looks fine, but I think they have changed the track rod and maybe the push rod too.

Albon could be in trouble with the team seemingly drying his grid spot before the race. Another easy win for Lewis, Bottas just didn't capitalise having the fastest car. May come to bite him in the backside during this year's championship.

If he did that would be him finished. Although he is under investigation as his team dried his grid place.
Great drive and win from LH.
From chump to nearly champ for Max, who put in a very good drive in the end. Great work from the RBR mechanics to put a new pushrod and trackrod on the car in the time they had.
Valteri was right on the jump-start limit (again) and put in a strong recovery drive.
Lewis was just in a class of his own.
Alex drove really well and Lance was impressive over the whole weekend.
Looking forward to Silverstone.

Well I enjoyed the race,LH was in a calss of his own VB made the problems for himself with a poor start,after that well I think we saw that thw other teams with the exception of the Alfas were very close to each other with Red Bull just in front of the rest,with Siverstone two races next I cannot see MB in any trouble at all,but the race for the minor places will be the one to watch.

Fairly boring race, after the first few laps Lewis was clearly on a different planet, it's a better car but not 3 seconds a lap better.
He just has that Jim Clark type skill to be able to caress the car round corners.

Shame that McLaren seemed to have a non race today. Albeit with a few close/exciting battles. Enjoyed the race. Lewis shown his class yet again. He & Merc could Well get to a full decade of domination. Well deserved too.

Watched it on catchup after being out with the kids.
Should not have bothered, really boring, I'm a lifelong F1 fan but this is just a waste of airtime.
We needed the rain to get some sort of entertainment, bring back Bernie with his wet track idea.
Bottas not up to the mark again, no idea how he did not push for second at least.
Watched the start in slow motion and I have no idea how he did not take a penalty.

If you look at the bigger picture then there’s racing throughout the field, not just for podiums. I enjoyed seeing all aspects of the race.
VB did push for 2nd but kinda ran out of laps.
He didn’t take a penalty because even after his alleged false start he was still behind the white line of his grid marker.

I thought Bottas had lots of time, pushed, fell back then by the time he pushed again he did not have the laps, should have pushed sooner and kept it up.

Race Director confirmed Bottas didn't trigger the false start indicator. There is something like a 2 tenths of a second tolerance and he was inside it.
