Hi guys,

I'm trying to start a thread in Members projects and I keep getting told I have no access etc...

I'm getting the following message:

Abdul, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers :D

Start it in the section the project mostly pertains to and if the mods/admin think it is worthy of a project thread they will move it to the Project section.

Looking for help and advice, got a merc S350 bluetec had/has a starting problem. When key is put in ignition and turned the engine management light come on but no spiral for the spark plugs. Keep trying for 10 – 15 mins and suddenly coil light comes on and car starts.

Have changed the glow plug relay – changed the main car battery, started fine for one week 1st time then still same problem then changed the starter motor relay and it started 1st time and did so for 2 weeks, now it has returned to no spiral light on and back to keep trying until it decides to show spiral light again.

Thoughts and ideas appreciated.

Fingers crossed.

Tina

If I were you, I'd start a new thread under the 'Engine' section. You seem to have tacked it on to the end of a long-dead thread (10 yrs old!) in the 'General Discussion' section.
