I’d damage to one of the door mirrors on one of my E-class cars a few years back and after the repair I kept the old parts as possible spares.
The main housing (silver) has the odd slight mark but a good clean up and polish would do it the world of good. The black insert also needs a good clean and has a scuff that I guess could be sanded down – could it be painted?
