Yep been using it for over a year.

Accurate credit report and yes it's free

I had a dispute over one of the elements and their CS dealt with it well.

'free' as in you provide a whole load of personal info to them ?

on another post (cannot recall which Merc forum) there were some negative comments implying it was a way to get you to pay for a more comprehensive
report

Anyway, this is the newer credit agency, and may not have older info on it.

You would be well advised to get your reports from all three agencies to get full coverage of searches done on yourself etc. Only £2 each.

Different businesses consult different agencies, no agency has the monopoly on your info.

They do have a more comprehensive report/credit score which costs money but the free one gives you your credit raing (1-5) and info on linked addresses, credit cards, loans, direct debits etc which was enough for me
