I adore grand designs. I think KM is the best presenter at this sort of programme. Puts all the others to shame.

Doesn't matter. Grand Design or not building a house is such an exciting project and the satisfaction at the end is so addictive. Good luck, hope it all goes smoothly. Would love to see the odd picture. I love cars but like building even better. Attention to detail is paramount as I'm sure you know.
