Hello,
I was always wondering what the legal status is for the COVID-19 lockdown fines are as they violate our freedom of movement. Turns out most fines issued are now considered illegal.
I guess this turns my attention to Congestion Charge and the Mayors new plans to make parts of london car-free and specifically the congestion charge zone.

OK maybe i was misled by the title of this article: All prosecutions under new Coronavirus Act unlawful, review finds
looks like the act was not applied correctly due to lack of understanding

But lets see elon mask's defiance of the law as well?

Not to mention that most penalty charges by councils usually dont stand in court. Its mostly the case of fear of being prosecuted that stops people from challenging the law enforcers judgement
