Might do, I don't know :( My 1998 W202 has an M112.910 engine.

Do you have the link?

I haven't checked the threads on MBWorld in detail, but I recall reading about this problem (harmonic balancer pulley) a couple of years ago (could have been on MBWorld or BNZSport). It surfaced fairly early on, but I *thought* it was restricted to US engines only. I know that when I read about this issue, I didn't think it was worth following it up with my dealer.

Are the US engines modified in any way to the rest of the world?

I rang the dealer and my c36 is not effected, even tho it has a 113 engine code, they just check on chassis number!
