Front chassis cross member

Been told its got a bit rusty and needs to be replaced anyone any idea what this costs? By the way, it is not the cross member just below the rad, its the one, apparently, that the front suspension may be mounted on.

If the car is under 10 years old it shouldn't cost. MB are picking up the tab as it's a safety related item.
Have you asked them yet?
