Front fog light and left side light warnings at the same time, anything mysterious?

Car
(W216) 2008 CL 500, Tanzanite blue with tan leather. (W230) 2005 SL350, Black with sand leather
Or do I just need new bulbs?
I just thought it strange that the both came on at the same time.
Car is a w219 CLS55

have you switched parking lights (to the left of 0) on by mistake?
