Front parking Sensor connector

Hi would anyone know if there is a spare connector on the wiring harness so I can have front parking sensors fitted to my wife's
2019 SLC 180. Parking sensors on these models are not standard -- but my wife needs them. lol

I came here looking for an answer to the same question. I know this was a year ago, did you find a solution? I've been looking for a week, and can't find anything other than after market with separate display on the dash instead of integrated.
