Front tow bar cover

I seem to have lost my front tow bar cover on Missy the CLK after fun and games with the recovery people yesterday (long story!) It was clearly there when they recovered it (see it in the pic) but had gone by the time I got to the garage. I have found a replacement one on the bay, but how does it attach please? Thanks

There is small hole that the cable pushes through and then the cover clips into the bumper.
