Front windows problem

w204 2012 drivers side windows one touch not working anymore, when i wind it up to top it drops down a bit so annoying,anybody know how to reset it

Try holding the switch in the up position for five seconds after the window has fully closed. then do the same in the down position.

thx ill try that, i already tried youtube videos all way down then up hold 2nd switch for 20 secs didnt work
