I have a set of 17" ML wheels with Michelin Latitude Tour HP tyres fitted.
There is around 4.5mm on one pair and 5.5mm on the other pair.
These are M+S tyres but classed as summer tyre over here, in the states they are classed as all season tyres.
I had them in the snow last year and performed well, a very good compromise.
These are in 235.65.17 size (MO stamped) to match the later W166 models etc. Swapping from the standard 255.60.17 size they were far nicer with zero tramlining, better steering, much quieter and more comfy and MPG went up from 26 average to 29 average.
I have been looking at cars recently but decided to keep the ML for now as I just like it so much, so treated it to some new 19" wheels from a W164 to freshen up the looks.
Sticking with 235 width though!
Two of the wheels could do with a bit of a refurb, I will take pics.
But as they are with the tyres £200 collected from Norfolk.
