Hello there.
Very reluctantly creating this ad as I would like to test the waters here.
I bought an 2004 W211 E55 off a member here in July 2017 with 86,500 miles on the clock.
As known the M113k engine has been very reliable and overall the w211 has been a joy over the last 2 years.
Since then a lot has been serviced on the car, and 40,000 miles later (now 125,000 miles on the clock), I have moved back to Germany and thinking of selling the car due to it being RHD.

Work planned for near future:
- Supercharger Oil Change
- Panoramic Roof Greasing
This is a nearly 15 year old car, so the paintwork does show some stone-chips here and there, but nothing major that cannot be buffed away with some minor paint correction and polishing. As you can see from the pics, the black does come out pretty neat.
Bad bits:
- Passenger door keyless go handle faulty (unlocking and locking does not work)
- 1 front parking sensor is faulty
- Slight rust on the driver side rear arch - it seems like a bad paint job after a scuff but nothing too major
Apart from that the car is in perfect condition.
I work on my cars as much as I can by myself with high attention to detail.
Car has never been floored while oil is not on operation temperature. Again, I am very picky regarding this.
As said I would like to check if there are people interested as until yesterday I had no intention in selling this car. I have even ordered a new pair of headlights so I can register this car here in Germany.
However due to fact that I have recently moved, the incoming Brexit and the short time, I do sometimes think that as a father of two, it might be a sensible decision to rather sell the v8 and get something smaller.
In case car does not sell , I have plenty of plans with it, e.g. upgrading the soundsystem (got the HK subwoofer already here), repairing the handle and sensor (which I still might do prior to selling it) and rectifying the negative bits mentioned above.
Depending on the asking price, I might throw in another set of alloys (pic) that have been used as winter alloys.
I have tried to add as much honest information as possible and would rather prefer finding a buyer from this forum.
Asking price £9000 ono.
Please bear in mind that currently I am in Germany (Frankfurt) and can drive up to UK (London - KT3 area) on a weekend if interest is really genuine. Otherwise do feel free to come over and enjoy the v8 on the German Autobahn on your way back
