both my E class with the 722.6 box are due an ATF change.

I’ve seen a 20L drum of FUCHS 4134 ATF for sale for £96 on eBay. Then £22.44 for each car for the filter/gasket etc from MB.

Obviously this brings down the cost of oil/filter to £70 for each car, when compared to £125 each from MB for the kit.

Is the FUCHS ATF acceptable? It meets spec but obviously I don’t want to use substandard fluids in my cars. Surely it’s Fuchs fluid in the MB bottles anyway?!

Cheers!

I used Fuchs in an ATF change on my 5g about 15k ago, no adverse affects. It's on the mb approved list.
