Fuel flooding after driving

Hi,
I have a an 380 SEC, year 1983, engine M116. When starting it at morning all works fine, but if i drive for some time, shut it down and try to start again it doesn't start. (seems like it flooding the engine with fuel). if i wait 10-15 minutes it will again start with no problems. Anyone have any idea?

Forgive my ignorance. Is this an injector or carburettor? If it's the latter you need to adjust them.

it is injectors..
