Fuel gauge got stuck on low, triggering light for low level of petrol although I have a full tank?

I did not ask for Mountain Dew like you, posted,,, so you dont need Bisto unless it is you wife might need it to put a spoon or two to make a nice smooth gravey for your Sunday lunch. .. So injector cleaner will be fine,, thats if it is the type you put in the fuel tank ,, Dont know if it will do the same job that RED X did for mine ,.

Point of order.

You mentioned Bisto and therefore took the post off tangent. I had already provided appropriate comment previously as to the likely cause of the fuel gauge issue

I merely explained what Bisto is and I am perfectly entitled to express a personal opinion on it and at no point did I denigrate anyone else's opinions or taste for it.

Synthetic as in it is not real gravy made from fresh beef juiced derived from the meat being cooked.

It has other additives as well.

• Potato Starch,
• Salt,
• Wheat Starch,
• Colour (Ammonia Caramel),
• Onion Powder,
• Inactive Yeast Powder (contains Barley, Wheat)

Taking it to Mercedes for repair will probably cost more than the car is worth. Live with it, fix it yourself or local garage would be better options. The answer to everything on this forum could be take it to Mercedes but I think people are generally seeking alternatives.

Mountain Dew was described as a metaphor for STP Injector cleaner and Injector trim for them people who didn't understand.
