Fuel guage faulty reading!!

Hi all..This is my 1st thread so plezzz bear with me lol..I have a 2018 c220 cdi..My issue is I can fill the car with diesel (as it dribbles out the filler cap) so Im guessing its full...However from reserve tank(When fuel light comes on) to full it only needs 36ltrs of fuel yet its a 66ltr tank!!!..When full the range is saying 350 miles & I believe this to be far to low..Im awaiting new Nox sensors but guessing this isnt the issue..Im guessing I have a fuel guage fault etc..Any pointers would be fab..Many Thanks.

AFASIK you have saddle tank arrangement and the fuel is only being pumped out of one half. It's not the gauge, it will be the pump or one of the two senders in the tank.
