Fuel injector ? 2009 MB C220 Cdi Blue Efficiency

Good evening,
would like to run this problem by to see if anyone has had a similar fault. MB 2009 Blue efficiency started juddering when cold and lacks top end power. Injectors tested (Delphi Piezo) and No1 reported as over fueling. Replaced but problem still there when starting off, slight hesitation and engine vibrates when accelerating hard in top between 60-80mph.Feels like a misfire. Been on a star machine and no fault codes. Common sense tells me to change the other three injectors as it feels like one is breaking up on full power. The car will also fluctuate the revs when holding the accelerator at 1300 rpm, the amount is minimal but noticeable.
Would anyone have or had a similar issue ?

I would be checking fuel pressure live data first could be one of the rail/pump sensors acting up?

hi, thanks. Yes data checked and all ok on star machine but star won't tell you if an injector is failing.

Had a recall for injectors in 2014, done a few miles since then and as posted the mighty star machine revealed nothing so going in for injector replacement tomorrow.
