Had this code a couple of times recently - wondering whether anyone else has had this issue - local indie unsure what is causing this - pointing towards sensor failure, possibly - fuel economy still ok so doesnt seem to be any issues with misfiring or anything.

any ideas?

If its a petrol 200 kompressor you need to check the engine breathe bolide under the air box.
It splits and causes mixture & adaptation faults

Do you know what the actual code is that is coming up.

Hi, the code is PO179, fuel system too rich.

I would be checking the breather pipe under the air box and the one way valve under the inlet manifold too.

Thanks guys, recently had the MAF replaced, MPG seems good, indie reckons it could be lamda sensor, but will speak with him Friday re your suggestions!
Presumably the breather pipe and the one way valve are easy and not too expensive fixes?

Parts are cheap, labour is about 3-4hrs. Inlet manifold and supercharger have to come off to change the pipes.
