I have a 1994 E280 Saloon, can someone please confirm how many fuel pumps I should have? It would appear I have 2????

EPC says 2. My old 93 320TE had two.

Many of the larger engined cars had two , connected in series : one right below the tank , close to the diff ; another forward of the rear axle , next to the filter and accumulator , under the floor below the RH rear seat .
