Funny warning sign on dash?

I have a warning sign coming up with 'Emissions Test done on time?' with a spanner above it.
Has anyone seen this before?
Is it terminal

Nope, seems quite happy to be in the uk otherwise!

The car needs to go onto a star machine and have the dates tweaked in the service assyst menu to some point in the very distant future.

This is for the foreign market and doesnt apply to the uk market but some cars slipped through the net with the wrong dates programmed in them

It could also be cleared by setting the regional coding on the IC to UK .This would then remove the need for the car to look for Emission Tests
