Fuse 76 W211`2008 E200

Hi Guys

Am struggling to locate fuse no 76 in a w211 e200.

It is listed as being in the front pre fuse board. Which is normally under the passenger footwell.

I took everything up the carpet, the foam retainer etc and nothing there.

Anybody know where it is located?

Note this w211 has only one battery, there is no auxillary battery under the bonnet,

edit, the reason I'm looking for this is I have no blower motor on the heating system.

I tested the main wire to the blower motor,

Nothing on the red/blue wire
Brown nothing either obviously as ground
thin green about 10 volts
thin white about 10 volts.

Confused.

For future reference. The pre fuse board f32 is under the drivers footwell for RHD w211's. Well it was in my car.

Remove the accelerator using 10mm socket.

Remove and pull out the carpet and it is located underneath it.
