Garmin map pilot v20 maps

Garmin map pilot v20 maps, just tried to upgrade to this latest version (non gen sd card) encountered an unusual fault. Although the maps load and work correctly with manual input, They will not work with voice input. Supplier sent replacement card but the same fault. So I presume may be a large faulty batch. Refunded by supplier, but be interested if anyone one else has had a similar problem. Now reverted back to v19.
