Gatwick Hotel/Parking

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel with carparking near Gatwick (but do not want to leave the keys with hotel). Read too many tales of mileage increases when leaving keys.

Thinking about going away later on in the year.

which terminal ? north or south ?

South. Go on the Hilton site. We always use a room + parking deal. Done that several times and use the valet park. Never ever had a problem with extra mileage. last time it hit just under two and they told us where it had been parked!

North terminal very similar but a tad more expensive via the Sofitel.Parked up in the multi storey and it wasn't moved.

If you want to cut costs the on site long stay is also great with free buses (and helpful drivers in my experience) 24/7 from the terminals, you keep the keys. Most hotels will do pref rates on any of the parking.

Ive found off site parking / storage especially there, just not worth the chew on for a tenner or so saving.

As an example this December you can get an exec room (free beer wine and food) at the Hilton with 16 days valet parking for £240 . You literally walk across the skyway to the parking office and the car is in one of the adjacent bays, undercover. If you have Hilton points either the price goes down or as we're doing , the room or suite goes up . just booked .

I stress Ive never had a problem with any of the services I mentioned.

will save a fair bit of dosh.......... but..............I will be polite.ahemm......... Ibis have never impressed , for budget the premier is next door to Sofitel and has a multi storey

I find it good enough
Last time paid 30£ with breakfast for 2 people
Booked same brand in Germany in August 35 euros
Your choice never stayed in Premier so cannot comment
